TRC Quadruple Z: CNC multiplied by two
The requirements of manufacturers are changing, at KMSYSTEM we propose to develop solutions that can meet them. Our machines are evolving, the pace is becoming more and more sustained and precision is now an obligation. We adapt and custom-made is perfect for that.
Today, we present to you a new product, twice as powerful. Thought for chain productions with repetitive tasks, here is our TRC Quadruple Z. The big sister of our TRC Double Z.

An XXL CNC machine
The skeleton of this new HUGE machine is based on what we know how to do and what works:
A foolproof frame: You will find our structure in anodised aluminum profiles, known for its lightness and robustness over time.
Proven components: We use the same mechanical and electronic components (motors, pads, transmission belts) that equip our current ranges.
The only difference with our "standard" machines is that here the machine has a double gantry, so 4 Z completely independent of each other.
⚠️ Technical installation prerequisite
Due to its very high power and exceptional machining capabilities, the TRC Quadruple Z requires an adapted infrastructure. Its deployment is exclusively reserved for buildings with sufficient electrical capacity to support their equipment.
This machine is designed for large format, repetitive work and to save time. On these gantries, our client requested new aggregates that had never been installed before and a motor spindle with more than 8 kW. It’s done, but of course, each request will get a custom quote.

Tooling
Here, the tooling is impressive. But it also allows drilling with more than 45 forests simultaneously.
The workshops evolve, modernize and have new needs. Our strength at KMSYSTEM is to adapt to demand, innovate and create new machines that suit you.

Once again, this CNC machine and its design make it possible to meet many specifications:
Power different from the electrospindle
Possibility of integrating other aggregates into it
Possibility of machining and/or cutting according to needs
Reduce compromises and adapt our machine fleet.
