CNC Shape

Experience in CNC shaping since 1999

KMSYSTEM has been developing pre-shape machines for the surfing industry since 1999.

This experience allows us to offer solutions tailored to the real needs of shapers: accurate curves, smooth movement, precise rails, and compatibility with the work methods used in shaping shops.

Technical choices designed to last

A machine designed for shaping

KMSYSTEM preshaping machines feature a structure specifically designed to secure surfboard blanks during machining.

The holding system uses 8 dedicated supports, including 4 suction cups powered by a dry vane pump, to ensure stability, precision, and shape retention during machining operations.

This design provides excellent blank retention while facilitating shaping operations on boards of various geometries.

3- or 4-axis configuration

Machines are available in 3-axis or 4-axis configurations with a rotary axis to enable the precise machining of rails and complex shapes.

A configuration tailored to each production

Every project has its own constraints

Over the years, our machines have evolved to meet the needs of both small workshops and production facilities seeking greater consistency and ease of manufacturing.

Support tailored to your shaping method

We support each workshop

We work with each workshop to select the appropriate machine configuration, tools, and machining parameters based on the blanks and manufacturing methods used.

We can also conduct tests using your files and materials to validate machining strategies and ensure the desired finish before production begins.

Solutions tailored to a wide range of industries

versatility and multiple configurations

Our preshaping machines, which can handle parts up to 18 feet in length, are used for:

Surfboard Shapes
SUP
Longboards
Foils

Windsurfing
Kitesurfing
Prototyping of board shapes
Handcrafted or semi-industrial production
