KMSYSTEM has been developing preform machines for the world of surfing since 1999.
This experience allows us today to propose solutions designed for the real needs of shapers: respect for curves, fluidity of movement, precision of the rails and compatibility with the working methods used in the shape workshops.

A machine designed for shape
The KMSYSTEM preform machines incorporate a structure specially developed for holding surfboards during machining.
The holding system uses 8 dedicated supports, including 4 suction cups powered by a dry vane pump to ensure stability, precision, and shape compliance during machining operations.
This design allows for an excellent hold of the blank while facilitating shaping operations on different board geometries.
3- or 4-Axis Setup
Machines available in 3-axis or 4-axis configuration with rotary axis to allow precise machining of rails and complex shapes.

Over the years, our machines have evolved to support both artisanal workshops and productions seeking more consistency and comfort of manufacturing.
Useful travel ranges
