Designed and manufactured in France, the CNC TRC Double Portico machines are aimed at a wide range of professionals: industrial, craftsmen and production workshops, in sectors as varied as nautical, saddlery, textile and leather, orthopedics, carpentry or decoration.
Thanks to its two independent gantries, the machine is able to carry out several operations simultaneously on the same plate.

Each Z head of the TRC Double Gantry can independently receive the same wide choice of tools: spindle, vibrating knife, marking felt, 45-hole drilling tool or 6-blade sawing tool.
This versatility opens up a very large number of possible combinations, to be adapted precisely to your process—up to 4 different operations carried out on the same plate, without moving it.
By eliminating the need to change tools during production—and thus the tool magazine—the machine gains in robustness: fewer moving mechanical components, fewer wear points, and simplified maintenance.
Each head remains dedicated to its function, which limits machine downtime and the risks associated with tool changes.
With 4 heads that can work in parallel on the same plate, several operations—cutting, machining, drilling, sawing, routing, chamfer—are carried out in a single pass, without intermediate handling.

The TRC Double Portico addresses all soft materials: foam, wood, composites, but also fibers and textiles thanks to the vibrating knife.
The same machine can thus cover cutting, machining, drilling, sawing, routing and chamfering, regardless of the material being worked.
