The CNC Band Saw KMSYSTEM has been specially designed for the volumetric cutting of soft, dense or structural foam blocks.
Varied cutting kinematics
Its design allows for adjustable cuts and digital control; moreover, the machine does not simply split:
Horizontal and vertical cutting: Ideal for the debitage and dwarfing of blocks.
Diagonal cutting: Allows for the creation of angled cuts and geometric shapes.
Exceptional material compatibility
Our machines are capable of cutting a wide variety of flexible and synthetic materials up to densities of 200 kg/m 3 :
Structural and composite foams: PET, PMI, ROHACELL®, ROHACRYL TM, expanded PVC, Divinycell, Corecell, Airex.
Technical and packaging foams: Polyurethane (PU), Polyethylene (PE), EVA, XPS, EPS, Acrylic.

In the standard version, the machine offers a generous useful volume:

Y stroke: 1,500 mm
Z stroke: 1,500 mm
(Custom-made configurations are also possible to adapt to the exact size of your materials and your workspace).

5.5 kW main engine: Drives a bimetal blade adapted to cross dense foams regularly and without drifting.
Pneumatic blade tension: An automated system with inductive sensors maintains a constant blade tension every cycle for maximum safety and cutting quality.
Ultra-rigid chassis: Designed from our own profiles made in France (in Albi), ensuring the structural stability required for intensive work
