New installation completed. In July, we traveled to La Rochelle to install a CNC double Z machine. The customer's request was simple: to combine cutting and machining in a single machine.

Our CNC double Z TRC machine met their expectations.

It is equipped with an electric spindle and a vibrating knife combined with a suction table to hold the workpiece in position. On this same table, there is a sacrificial mat that absorbs vibrations from the tip of the knife or the machining cutter.

This type of machine combines cutting with a vibrating knife and machining with an electro-spindle in a single structure. Our machines can be equipped with different tools to machine and cut different materials.
