On one hand, the passion for gliding carried by F-ONE, world leader in kite, SUP and wing foil. On the other, the engineering of KMSYSTEM in its CNC machines.
For more than a year, our two worlds have connected for a collaboration. We are proud to show you our TRC machine that operates daily in the F-ONE workshops to shape, with them.
Why did F-ONE choose KMSYSTEM?
The F-ONE wing foil boards are not simple "boards": they are real concentrates of technology and R&D. Their design requires complex hydrodynamic curves. All this, by machining a hard material like LAB.
To meet this challenge, F-ONE needed a local partner capable of designing a Made in France machining machine. But above all, they needed a machine built to meet their shape process, and not the other way around.
A simple cutting TRC machine
Historically we are linked to the world of surfing, making this collaboration with F-ONE sounded like an eventuality. For the F-ONE workshop, we have deployed our second machine model, the basic 3-axis TRC Machining Machine with plate. The advantages of this machine are:
