Our KMSYSTEM profiles are ultra-rigid and designed in-house for maximum strength, using noble materials to guarantee durability and precision in use.
The profiles are developed and designed in France, enabling us to install the machine via standard doors.

Our machines are compatible and can be equipped with a chip extractor to meet your requirements as closely as possible, while remaining clean.
You can integrate a vacuum table for greater stability of the material to be cut. From 3 to 6 independent suction zones, with a single-phase or three-phase vacuum pump, the table adapts to all your production requirements, reducing your energy consumption.
What's more, our CNC machines can be fitted with martyr mats specially designed for vibrating knives. These mats are made of permeable felt, which provides better vibration absorption and reduces knife wear. Thanks to a non-slip underlay, these mats effectively hold objects in place during the cutting process, minimizing errors and accidents.

Vibrating knives
Our CNC machines are compatible with vibrating knives up to 110mm in length. Thanks to high-frequency oscillation (up to 20,000 vibrations/minute), cuts are clean even on complex textures, while guaranteeing optimization of raw materials.
