The saw is equipped with a high-end bimetal blade, developed to meet the specific requirements of cutting foam materials.
The saw cuts foam blocks horizontally, vertically, and can also cut at an angle.

With 3 to 6 independent suction zones, our vacuum table ensures optimal material retention.
Chips are extracted as close as possible to the blade exit, and a compressed air system directed at the blade completes this device.

The GB Pro-2024 Digital Band Saw is equipped with a powerful and precise motor:
A 5.5 kW main motor drives the blade, ensuring consistent cutting even in dense foams.
X and Z axes driven by brushless motors and ball screws, offering smoothness and micrometric precision.
Pneumatic blade tensioning system with inductive sensors, ensuring stability and safety during each cycle.
LATEST GENERATION CHASSIS
Our KMSYSTEM profiles are ultra-rigid and designed for maximum strength using high-quality materials that guarantee durability and precision during use.
The profiles are developed and designed in France, allowing us to install the machine through standard doors.
PRECISE & EFFICIENT GUIDANCE
Equipped with synchronous steel belts and ball screws for the Z axes, our machines feature a monorail linear guide with ground ball bearings, protected from dust by a Teflon strip and bellows.
